Using the same softly ruched adjustable crown as the Thyme Hat, Rosemary can be worn shallow or extended deeper depending on styling preference, simply by loosening or tightening the drawstrings. The crown can also comfortably extend over a bun, making it especially practical for those with long or thick hair who want to keep their hair up and off the neck during hot summer days.

Its wide natural straw brim measures approximately 16 inches in diameter, offering generous sun coverage around the face, neck, and shoulders. A flexible wire sewn around the edge helps maintain the shape while still allowing the hat to be laid flat in a suitcase for travel.

Rosemary also features an adjustable chin strap with a toggle for windy days, and can easily be worn hanging around the neck while biking, walking, gardening, or moving throughout the day when not wearing the hat, while still keeping your hands free.

The crown can be worn between approximately 3 inches and 6–7 inches deep while maintaining its gathered shape.
