One-of-a-kind vintage hats, thoughtfully brought back to life.
Vintage Revival
As a designer, I’m often confronted with the environmental impact that comes with creating, even when working as intentionally and sustainably as possible. For a few years now, I’ve wanted to release a collection of vintage hats, and I’m so happy that it has finally come to fruition. Giving these pieces a second life feels like a natural extension of the values behind Heirloom Hats.
Hats are delicate objects and are easily crushed or misshapen when improperly stored or donated. Each vintage hat in this collection has been carefully evaluated and given the care it needed to be worn again. Some have been reshaped, others gently cleaned, and a few refreshed with new ribbons, flowers, or veils, often using vintage materials from my own archive. Every intervention was made with restraint, preserving the original character and craftsmanship of the piece.
Because these are authentic vintage hats, subtle signs of wear or minor imperfections may remain, gentle traces of a life previously lived.
Each hat is one of a kind and ready for its next chapter.
The Art Behind the Hat – A Glimpse into Millinery
Hat blocks are an essential tool in a milliner’s arsenal, shaping each design with precision. As millinery becomes a rare art, many don’t realize the craftsmanship behind every hat. Some of the blocks in our collection have been in use for over a century, carrying history in every curve.
