Shipping Policy

All Heirloom Hats ship from Montreal, Canada, to Canada, the U.S., and most international destinations. If your location isn’t listed, please contact us at contact@heirloomhats.com.

Most items are made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for your hat to be ready to ship, unless otherwise noted.

Customs & Duties

For U.S. orders, we include a CUSMA (USMCA) certificate of origin, which usually allows goods to enter duty-free. Duties and import taxes are generally not an issue, but any applicable fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

For other international shipments, customs fees may apply. These are set by your local government and are also the responsibility of the recipient.

International Shipping

While shipments are generally smooth, customs delays can occasionally occur. These delays are beyond our control, and delivery may take a few extra days.
